MobileMe Gallery – Staubli Conference

Ms Vasbinder and I just finished setting up the Spartanburg Day School Robotics booth for the Stäubli Technology Days Conference here in Spartanburg.

Stäubli is a fascinating company that has reach into so many industries and areas that it’s hard to wrap one’s mind around all they do:

Stäubli is a mechatronics solution provider with three dedicated divisions: textile machinery, connectors and robotics. With a workforce of over 3500, Stäubli has a presence in 25 countries and agents in 50 countries around the world.

I also got an incredible in-depth tour of the plant from Mr Greene, a parent of one of my 8th graders who works there. I felt like a kid in a … robot factory.

I’m sure I’ll be posting more pics and videos over the next two days as I drive back and forth from the conference to school.
